I have been checking summoner win rates for a while now and something ive noticed

No matter what your elo, what champion you main, or what game mode you main, your winrate is going to be damn near 50%

Be it faker, or your next door neighbor, chances are whatever you check is close to 50% i am at exactly 50% winrate after over 3000 arams, And at 50.3 after over 1000 rift games (i dont think people realize how insane that is matchmaking wise)

And after checking winrates on my closest friends they are all within 5 GAMES of 50% with over 3000 played each

Kudos riot, you have over balanced matchmaking into a literal coinflip :D:D:D:D:D:D

It's literally a system that rigs matches for one team to win and the other to lose lmfao.

all match making does is match you against better opponents when you win, and worse when you lose. obviously that's going to gravitate towards 50% for most people. the quality of the matchmaking doesn't even have to be good for that to happen, it's just statistics.

To climb with this system, you need to consistently perform better than your current MMR. That's the most amazing thing about Riot's system.

It has no mercy for people who get lucky and go on 10-win streaks. If they don't belong there, they'll go into a lose-streak until their winrate is 50%, at which point they're at their deserved elo.

That's literally how every game with an ELO type system works though?

The better you get > matched with better opponents > until you're at an equal skill level and you sit at 50% till you improve.

Put Faker on a Bronze account and he'll roflstomp back to Challenger, and have a 90%+ win rate. However, once he's back to 800lp or whatever, he'll slowly inch back to 50%.

The same is the case for chess/overwatch/csgo
