Rek'Sai's Burrowed Q needs a Slow and her Burrowed form needs defensive boosts/bonuses
but otherwise she is a really fun and pretty viable character. I really enjoyed watching TheOddOne play her last night.

redniwediS1 votesThe defensive bonus to her burrowing would be for moving in to initiate and escaping. It's already an initiation tool with it's aoe knockup.

for the slow/root/stun/knock back (not up)... maybe 50-50... depends on the amount and duration...
