Am I the only one who think Bloodletter veil is poorly designed because it prevent mages from poking
So I bought 
for the first time in nexus blits and was soon disappointed when I realized that this item kinda prevents me from poking at enemies. This is because as soon as you land an ability, you proc the spell shield for 2 seconds, afterwhich it goes on a 30 second. Hence, if you are not going all in without some poking before hand, you’re not making very good use of this item.
Very few mages play like this....
Most mages, even battle mages tend to poke a bit befor going into a team fight. This items prevents that.
What do you think? Have you found that this items works great for you?
