Thoughts on Kai'Sa

I'll start by paraphrasing a previous comment of mine. "Kai'sa needed the buffs she got, but I bet she'll need a base damage nerf afterwards."

It's true. Her range was garbage, her E charge was too long, her R needed to shield mid-dash, and her AP build was weak. However, her base damage and scaling is a bit on the high side. The only changes I don't completely agree with are her passive AP ratio buff and her E movement speed buff.

There's also another issue with Kai'Sa and that's her problem as a hybrid champion. Building AP as a DPS champion is generally bad because buying AD makes your autos deal more, so you need good base damage to compensate. Now if you build AD, now she has good base damage AND good early game item power.

I spammed Kai'Sa to mastery 5 last patch. I'm not sure why she's overpowered, but I want to say it's her damage. All I know is I think her Q shouldn't nearly double in damage once evolved.
