why does kindred have a secondary, but not even listed in the shop?

if you go to champions and filter marksman/assassin, kindred is there but they're only roll ( according to rito) is marksmen.

yet jhin isn't there and he's classified as marksman/assassin u:

Edit: same with gangplank, he still has his fighter-support roles.
