Sion top is an absolute monster right now.

They specifically nerfed Jungle Sion too. Reduced the damage his Q does to monsters.

Yes, because top sion was going and clearing a camp with his Q and passive then coming to lane with a huge advantage.

He was the very first champion to start the level 2 jungle cheese top lane.

I hate nerfs as much as the next guy (especially when it is to someone I enjoy playing like Sion), but Sion needed a slap in the wrists. When Cinderhulk came out, he was indirectly buffed, as the percent health worked amazingly with him. They are just trying to put him in line with the other tanks (which is quite high right now).
