@Riot Are you gonna rework Vlad again ?

Same win rate like before, 42%. Same toxic playstyle. Yeah, you can dodge E or outrun crimson Q, but if you don't, you get shit on and he heals for 1k++. Honestly, Idk how you guys didn't know 1k++ heals are bad and released that rework. Not fun to play as him or against him. Then ofc he needed to get nerfed, now rylais got nerfed too...
