So Blitz take +20 armor base buff but Rammus get +7? WAT?

Does anyone play rammus with less than 15-20armor Riot? wth is that?? Rammus should get not only base armor buff but base AD buff...

Everyone plays Rammus with 15 or 21 armor runes...and you only give him back +7? oh and he would lose +15 magic damage on AA after the runes gets removed so why no Base AD buffs?

Nice...NICE but hey cant have any other tank that dosent have the name Sejuani being picked...right Riot?
