Patch Notes say Sterak's gives +40% Base AD on passive trigger but in game text says +30%

There are many who seem to think that runaans has completely lost its interaction with all on hits, there was the recent correction on dorans, many are still in a state of confusion of stoneplates interaction with true damage.

Shuyin1781 votesI checked out the PBE's notes and it's 30%. For some reason they had a monkey doing the numbers this patch because there are a few other number issues (like the price on Banshee's Veil in the notes being 2500 instead of 2700 or something like that).

Shuyin1781 votesWhen Phreak was doing his patch analysis on youtube he got confused when he came across Banshee's 2500 because he does charts to show how changes were before compared to how they are now.
In his chart he had 2700 as the calculated number but the patch notes said 2500 so it confused the hell out of him until a Rioter in his stream told him it was an error in the notes.
