[Teambuilder Draft] Primary "Fill" Should Let You Exclude a Lane as the Secondary

I'm generally okay filling, but like many players there's one place I despise. I'd greatly appreciate the ability to toggle my selection to "exclusionary mode" or something along those lines, to call a lane or two I don't want.

Now that I think about it, a very intuitive way to go about this would let anyone who picks "Fill" as their primary to select a lane to exclude as their "secondary," if they'd like to. There should be graphical notification too, like changing the secondary pick to orange.
