Mordekaiser with Sated Devouver Hits HIMSELF With On-hit Effects, Gets Awarded the Kill for Suicide

At first I thought Sated Devourer was simply non-functional during his Q, as it didn't make it go off in two hits, nor did it even double up on-hit effects every other auto. I was wrong! Seems it DOES apply on-hits, just to him rather than his target! And look, it's not even an execute!

And hey, redbuff refreshed after killing me!

I made this video on the PBE, but the same thing seems to be happening on live.

Edit - This did reduce my bounty!

Edit two - I'm working on an in depth video about this bug, and a ton of others with Mordekaiser and items. While doing so, I figured out Xin Zhao can also hit himself during his Q against inhibitors, but nothing else. Mordekaiser hits himself off anything during his Q.

Edit three - Wait, I just noticed there's a special graphic when I hit myself. What the hell?

That is hilarious. So GP use to be able to "deny" cs (along with friendly drop items), Taric could kill teammates and now Mord can suicide. Next Raka reverse Penta.

After testing this I can confirm he does indeed apply on-hit effects. This includes of course his red buff slow, Grasp of the Undying (Free Heal HO! considering he's healing for his max hp, he's healing more than he's hurting himself.) And most importantly... All of the procs that come with Q aside from the Q damage itself. Oops on Riot's side. Yet another screw up.
