I do not like the resolve tree changes on PBE, need some reasoning for them.

Rito why you do this to me, don't do the Resolve tree changes on pbe please D: (well the Explorer on is ok) but it's not fair that damage dealers scale soo good into the late game and tanks don't (based on masteries).

Uyielding Nerf Veteran Scar Nerf Bond of Stone Nerf

(If you want to know what they did go ahead and see for yourself at [email protected])

It's kind of understandable. Tanks are preforming really well as a class right now. Masteries seems like a good way to nerf them. Not sure it should be paired with the nerfs to Dead Man's Plate, but whatever.

That 600 hp was the only reason I valued it more than Sunfire Cape on some champions. Now since they give the same health Sunfire seems the better option. The only champion that I think will still benefit greatly from it is GP (meaning this nerf will hit him too).

As for the masteries I guess I rather have these changes than they do something stupidly random and meta changing. I don't main many tanks so on a widescale I can't say really say these changes will hit everyone but I play a handful of them and have been playing lol since S2 and from my observation. The only tank outliers we have is Mundo, Volibear and maybe Malphite (played him a lotnin s5, but haven't played him since these changes) every other tank I can easily outplay and best in in solo lane with some of the more popular fighter Fiora Yasuo RenektonTryndamere Darius Jax XinZhao

Veteran Scars change doesn't make much sense to me. Bond of Stone I can understand though.

4% max health can scale up 160 hp if you get 4000 hp from other sources. It's just a bit of tankiness late game not much of a difference. You won't see any tank having more than 4000 -4500hp late game, if you do that tank is sacrificing tremedous amounts of bonus resistances for that much health. I'd just rather they just adjust the hp stacking offenders like Mundo and Volibear accordingly than let all the tanks take this hit.

Having it change to a flat bonus means that glass cannons who don't care much for the Cunning tree can take 5points into Veteran Scars and get the same flat health. I am opposed of these changes because every tier into the Ferocity Tree just increases in damage the further the game goes on where 45 flat hp will remain 45 flat hp. Enough for a Janna to deal in 1 auto.

They were somewhat hindering RADs' domination of the game. We can't have that.

I think that the change from life % to flat on veteran is bad :c

It's good for ppl who just want 12 points into recovery (which is ever physical damage dealer except tanks) but is a nerf to champs investing 18 points into the tree and planning to build tanky.

If you build tanky and get like 3000 to 4000 max hp, that 4% will give you 120 and 160hp respectively. Whereas 46 flat hp is just 46. Even light fighter who will have only 1700 to 2000 hp will get 72 to 80hp from full points in that mastery.
