old Ryze was unacceptable but shit like Yi, Tryndamere, Kaisa, and Yasuo is completely fine
The brief trade and he does nearly 600 true damage? Even if I was full build and tanky how is this okay? It is appalling that Riot straight fucks Ryze year after year, I'm sure you guys have seen my other rant posts, without any hesitation regardless if he's actually doing well or not. As long as streamers like Hashinshin and Cowsep keep crying that their champion isn't that good meaning that they aren't getting pentas like they used to then Riot will buff their types of champions.
Hashinshin complained about Bruisers not being able to fight tanks which resulted in the abomination Conqueror rune. Now every fucking AD fighter takes Conqueror and does 1/5 true damage THAT WAS INTENDED TO FIGHT TANKS because that was the source of the complaint. But no, not only does Conqueror work well on tanks but it works well on everything else. There isn't anything that gates Conqueror either, there are no CDs or conditions. All you have to do is be auto attacking which every AD fighter already does. This is what mob mentality does. Hashinshin says that bruisers suck because they can't kill tanks. It's crazy how the champions that Hashinshin plays are DECENT compared to other champions that are ACTUALLY neglected. Fucking Faker picked Aatrox mid today versus Ryze and just shit on Ucal. But since Hashinshin is crying that Bruisers suck he must be fucking right. Fuck you Hashinshin. If you want to watch an actually good informative streamer watch Boxer Pete.
While Hashinshin complains about being outplayed while playing Jax, who he's been playing for who knows how many seasons, champions like Ryze, Azir, and Kalista aren't being picked in LCS anymore and are dumpstered in solo Q. They're not even being pick/banned in games anymore in this split. After direct Ryze nerfs, after tear nerfs, after assassin BUFFS Riot STILL HASN'T compensated Ryze et all. I just read patch 8.13 patch notes and saw the Irelia changes. Note I said CHANGES, not nerfs. She has greater presence in LCS than Ryze, Azir, and Kalista combined but fuck that right? Steraks was NERFED and she was still performing exceptionally. This MUST mean that maybe she is better than other bruisers. But no, new champions get dissected to find a different solution to the evident solution. I predict nothing will change for Irelia besides her later game (notice I don't say the non existent late game) will be much better. They also buffed Tryndamere. Was he struggling after the crit changes? Aw poor thing, it's not like he was performing exceptionally well with conqueror or anything. Conqueror -> true damage, new crit -> 15% true damage on crits, ignite was buffed a couple patches ago -> more true damage. But no, Tryndamere needs a buff. I've watched Foggedftw2 for quite some time now and he plays the champions MUCH differently than lower elo Trynds. He calculates everything precisely and plays the game at the upmost efficiency. I have seen him take the non-crit patch multiple times which makes me wonder why they would buff Trynd if he has alternate build paths that are viable. Same goes for Yasuo and Riot Blaustoise's biased compensation buff. The one day when Yasuo was ACTUALLY bad they need to buff him to please his player base. People just love slip and sliding on the champion doing true damage, and now even more true damage with the crit items and his recent buffs. I'm just sick and tired of this kind of bullshit.
I was going to talk about Kai'sa but I really don't give a shit anymore. I've been begging for any sort of Ryze recognition for months now but Riot is too busy making new disgustingly strong champions that don't even give opportunities for retaliation. Give me a call when they buff any part of Ryze, I wont believe you until I see it.
