On the pbe, rageblade is becoming the new devourer. It no longer adds that 7.5% ap on hit. Remember there used to be arcane mastery that added 5%ap. That plus narshor tooth gave you 20% ap on hit.
Since rageblade no longer adds ap on hit, there is no way to get 20% on hit anymore.
So would it be fair to buff narshors tooth to 20% ap on hit? 15% alone feels a little useless.

1 800 MID LANE1 votesBecause there are much better bans out there for solo queue. It'd break him in pro play (More than he already is there), but it wouldn't effect solo queue much. I'd be more worried about Diana's extra pushing power from it, as she's already really good at splitting.
