Time to fix all armor items.

Revert all the armor costs. Why?

item 3036 item 2140 item 3812 and there are way many more life steal item out there. So i heard that the new LW pierces bonus armor.. well that means nothing. Just auto attack 2 more. Seriously Riot. This is pre-season though, so I better expect a buff to all armor items.

Lastly we need to buff item 3082 's passive from 15% to 17.5%.

It actually pierces 5% more bonus armor than before, too.

Sure, you can say that tanks are more tanky now when they have less bonus armor... But at the same time, all armor you buy is automatically 47% less effective with one item. Not to mention the 15% damage bonus from Giant Slayer That's just nasty, especially considering all the champs that already ignore armor
