It would be kinda cool to get refunds yearly

I know as for profit riot is, a lot of us have old accounts, and I mean OLD, ive been playing since s5, but of course people have been playing since like beta, so it would be kinda cool to get like one refund skin per year, very sad knowing that in lower levels I refunded ip champions because I didn't know better. Just a thought that might not ever happen, but it would be kinda cool seeing as they don't lose money considering if its rp, you just get the rp back and not the money

yeah this is a great idea. Lets also increase the COST of skins so we don't lose out on money. So, you get 1 refund token per year, but every skin from then costs 1350? Thats a very fair deal.

I think that that refunds are fine but you should be able to refund anything without using a token if you haven't exited the store/gotten into a game lobby/it hasn't been 5 minute. That way if you accidentally say buy a champ with RP instead of IP or you buy the wrong skin or you make an impulse buy you instantly regret you can refund it without consequence. If you refund it beore you ever got a chance to use it, then no one could argue that Riot is losing profit because you clearly never intended to use it. It's not like I bought Spirit Guard Udyr, got sick of playing Udyr and refunded him when DJ Sona came out, then got her, then played her for a while and got bored of her and refunded that to get Elemantlist Lux so I could have my fun with all the ultimate skins while only paying for one.

Also you should be able to refund IP content limitless-ly. They aren't losing any money that way unless you argue that if I couldn't refund Champion X I'd have bought Champion Y with RP instead of the refunded IP. Unless, of course, you own a skin for them
