why not make an AP, armour and magic resist from seekers QSS and a NLR?

Very Hard Engage1 votesQSS + Seekers is 1200 + 1300 alone, already competing for many other things. it would have to have at least 70 AP which no way in hell would be upgradable without having at least another blasting wand in the recipe. so now were up to 3k+
cant happen.
what i would recommend however is something like QSS, blasting wand, and chainvest, that could be interesting. would end up with a min of 45mr and 50 armor. and maybe like 60, 65, or 70 ap which retains the QSS passive. and thats it. so 1300, 800, and 850, seems a bit more reasonable and because it takes 3 slots its a justifiable lower combine cost.
id also argue that chainvest has more applications in lane than seekers does due to cost and lack of stacking requirements.
