Damage items for Olaf jungle?

I already know to go with Warrior with Chilling smite, but should I got for Tri-Force (phage speed plus spam axes to proc sheen), Hydra (damage), or BoRK (slow/speedup).

Also what boots should I go? I figure just to get defensive boots based on enemy team (Merc treads for tons of cc incase ulti not up, Ninja Tabi for lots of AA based AD), but should I got alacrity, distortion (ghost cd), or homeguard?

I actually say go Devourer instead of Warrior. Olaf's kit has a huge attack speed steroid in it and thus he's gonna get a lot of mileage out of Devourer. Warrior is more for someone like Darius or Irelia who doesn't get attack speed in their kit. I would suggest BoRK for the same reason -- Olaf gets a lot of mileage out of the % damage from the passive (and the active is nice too).
