Can we do something with phoenix stance?

It's been an unusable stance since devourer got removed back in... i dont even know how long ago...

Maybe give it the turtle stance treatment, make the damage scale with armor or hp or soemthing, bc at the moment this ability is basically not learned at all (only at lvls 16 17 18 because you cant take anything else) because tiger stance is better in every way.

The only way in which phoenix stance used to be better than tiger was for aoe clearing, but now you can build tiamat and that problem is completely shored up. Phoenix stance needs a little something in order to be usable again. Rito pls.

There was a rework for Udyr on the PBE once, iirc it made his W shield scale with HP and his R scale with AD instead of AP.

It basically removed AP items being viable on Udyr, but on the other hand, W and R became much more useful on Udyr building like the regular juggernaut. Unfortunately, this rework got pulled, I don't know why. I would have enjoyed to see this change coming through...

It just feels strange to have a skill that is basically completely useless and not worth even putting points into if you are playing with a normal juggernaut build...
