Top tank item (revisited)

So, I feel like this needs more explanation before its purpose can be understood. First and foremost, Sunfire and Visage were nerfed (in 7.9) specifically to reduce their effective defense against the opposite damage type, so tanks couldn't just build one item and have great defense against the other type as well. But while doing that is a good sentiment, it was far too effective at cutting their strength in the mid-game, where they're facing different damage types. Added to that was the overabundance of true damage now available to all their counters. So an item that mainly grants a lot of HP is actually better, because it provides needed defense against all damage types. The same could not be done with an MR+Armor item, because that does nothing against Conqueror and little against Cleaver.

And an important note to those who don't actually know any better, since there were a couple on my last thread who were incorrect about how item passives function: Named passives do not stack, regardless of the effect. The example being energized items. ENERGIZED is the named effect, and it does not stack. It will only deal the damage of the highest-damage item. The other effects (the range, arcing electricity, and slow) are unnamed and are not part of the ENERGIZED passive, meaning they don't stack with themselves. Similarly, Spellblade items have a priority order. With Trinity and Iceborn you will deal only Trinity's higher damage, but will also apply the slow AoE because ICY ZONE is not part of the SPELLBLADE passive.

I've also adjusted the minion execute threshold to be more reasonable, putting it on a charge system and of course keeping in mind the fact melee minions have 704 HP after 14 minutes, increasing further with time. And I still feel a minion-only passive like this would help tanks early, where they struggle far more than any other class, as it can be controlled unlike Sunfire.

And I'm not budging on the cost, stats, and components. Compared to all other class's first item, this is actually still on the weaker end.

Breastplate of Valoran: Can only be purchased on melee champions

Cost- 2900g Components: (800g) (1100g) (400g) Combine Cost: 600

Stats 300 HP (600 total, with the Giant Strength passive -- for comparison, Sunfire has 680 total effective health against physical damage. Just so you don't look at 600 and think it's too much without realizing I'm suggesting an item without armor/mr) 350 Mana 10% CDR (20% including Haste) Unique Passive- GIANT STRENGTH: +300 HP (making it a named passive so that it can't be stacked with Sterak's AD) Unique Passive: HASTE: 10% CDR (again, to avoid stacking with mage items)

Unique passive: Grants a charge every 24 seconds, up to 6 charges. Basic attacks against minions below 200 − 700 (based on level) HP execute them, granting you the gold. (slightly stricter condition than Eye of the Aspect, and doesn't share or heal)

600 HP, 350 mana, and 20% CDR would total 2626g in stats, making the item 91% gold efficient not including the minion passive.

i dont get why you need to CC a minion to execute it . then as a tank you are wasting the CC from a spell and mana resource to proc the passive

I did want there to be a trade-off, but that could be removed. I just kinda figured the idea would be more appealing if I made it weaker. A lot of people commenting on the previous iterations didn't quite grasp that the stats and effect were already weaker than the passives on all other class's first items.
