I didn't bring it before because Bramble Vest was very strong, so there was no point buffing it further.
But now that it was gutted, I think it is important to mention how absurd and unfair it is to get tower aggro on yourself because an Ezreal Q'd you over the wall.
redniwediS11 votesI think it would be strange if it didn't. Right now the rule is "if you deal damage to an enemy while in tower range the tower will target you". I'm not sure making it "if you deal damage to an enemy while in tower range the tower will target you, except in these situations" is an improvement.

that was already weak for a tiny base number the Armor scaling was already there with the damage reflection and it was weak but they nerf it and make you need to build 3 thornmails and 2 
to even make up some of the damage you lost
