You realize it means nothing when the post happened before the last major change to the champion or common item in the champion's kit, right?

I think the point of his thread is that someone will always complain a champ is OP and want nerfs regardless of their current state.

I highly doubt Bard has ever needed nerfs at any point in time.

Edit; OK OK Eve needed nerfs during that patch. But fair enough. Bard has never needed a nerf at any point in time.

Evelynn has a history of being either overpowered or underpowered, and she has been OP as an assassin quite a few times in previous seasons.

Bard's post is literally from before he was released. He didn't even know how hard it'd be to use properly.

While I think your thread is highly entertaining Evelynn was a bad example to argue about needing nerfs. I can remember a day when Evelynn was queen of the mid and jungle. She used to be able to stun when coming out of stealth with her first AA(IThose stun ganks were amazing it was a free kill every time you ganked!). There also was a time when Eve was perma stealthed and enemy champions couldn't reveal her for just being to close nor did you get a little indicator above your champs head saying she was near you. As you can imagine those did need to be nerfed.
