Is there not a single support main in the balance team?

MORGANA HAS BEEN 85%-90% PICKED SUPPORT SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE SEASON.....** She doesnt build dorans ring**, shes a support, why does she have 30mp10 + 25% base????

You had to know this was instantly going to make her top tier spam support...... And not be utilized mid at all ( your stated intent).

While we're at it can get her max mana cut in return for 10mp10, you know, for her mid lane mains???.....

More than a failure, this is an obvious misunderstanding of the current way the game is played by the people who are balancing it. Thinking morgana went or was going to go mid is all i need to see to know that the balance team is disconnected from the playerbase.

Well, I guess, but she was already in this state of 'top tier spam' with the mana flow rune, I found myself walking up for those Qs quite often in lane without ever running dry pre-buff.

I don't think there are any Janna mid mains. All of her player base plays her as a support and always duos with their ad carry.

Janna mid and top players do actually exist. Supports tend to do really well in other lanes, they just lose out on a lot of utility over the course of the game, and dont teamfight offensively as well.

Morgana's been one of my top bans for ages now. That stupid black shield is easily one of the most retarded abilities in the game along with Yasuo's wind wall. Blocking magic damage is fine but when you're able to completely erase every form of CC multiple times with 1 button it as well it's just stupid. There's no counterplay to that unlike spellshield where you can wait 1-2 seconds or use a weak ability to pop it.
