I'd like to state something about Evelynn.

She will never be balanced as a jungler. So before you go and make the mistake of buffing Evelynn. Why not take her away from the jungle?

She is supposed to be an assassin... push her back into mid, and bloody rework her. Her kit is absolute garbage now anyway.

If you look at my history with here, I really have a decent ratio with her. However I can tell you that it is not because she is in a good spot, on the contrary, when i was against those who knew how to take her out, I would get reckt.

Her sustain is terrrible, counter jungle/invade with a decent duelist like Lee Sin will easily set her way behind.
Well placed deep ward will get her killed fairly easily.
Compared to WW and Lee etc out sustain her and nunu out clears her.

When she lost her stun, she lost her fun. Also Flat numbers with no scaling on her ult shield makes it useless after level 11

Edit: More on topic, Her jungle sustain is a joke, and it is almost impossible to do mid lane vs a ranged champ, Leaving her in the "ranked as a counterpick only" area.

Being someone that used to play Eve mid (back when she was OP, but I played her before then as well), I can most certainly tell you that she did GREAT against ranged champs...

Her Q pushed waves NICELY so she could roam (as an assassin should.) Ever level 2 roam to bot lane and pick up a double kill? :D

It's okay, I'm not really worried because apparently she has sustain issues yet I'm still able to jungler her no problem atm. I'll take the free buffs and be broken as fuck.
