Why do people think Katarina is OP

Despite the statistics and the fact she's really hard to play, i constantly see comments talking about how OP she is. I main her and i don't understand what you mean so please explain to me why she's OP. And don't talk about her damage because you can dodge most of it.

PS: If you hate katarina and have trouble with her use Swain, Annie or Malzahar you'll never have trouble with her again, trust me.

Because people don't build MR. They also go running as 3 into the jungle chasing a kill, with low health and any CC on CD with no vision, Katarina not visible on map. Then she pops them like the idiots they are and it's "omg Katarina is OP, nerf, I would be challenger if not for Kat!!!!"
