Did everyone forget 
exist? A lot of people refuse to build Scimitar for the QSS for a large portion of the game and it ends up being useless at the last 5 minutes of the match when they buy it. Having a Yuumi buy 
while you have is actually one infuriating combo yet nobody ever seems to use it.
is also good considering if Yuumi is your support you probably aren't getting a

Ðaddy Swain2 votesPeople take TP when their support is Yuumi because Yuumi can ride the TP with them. 2 for 1 mobility is way more valuable than having cleanse, especially when 
QSS exists to keep the double-cleanse option available.
You're thinking very defensively for a role that is primarily filled with aggressive players.

FOR JUSTICE2 votesprobably because cleanse only works provided the botlane has negatable cc, but if mikaels is a thing then it loses a lot of value. therefore its better to go with tp because once you secure a lead you can tp back and force them to back at inopportune times.
if you flat out stat check them it doesnt matter if they cc you a good 80% of the time.
chipndip12 votesPeople take teleport because they forget that having three in-fight sums in and of itself is actually stupid good, whereas teleporting back to lane after getting your ass slapped doesn't necessarily mean anything, and the reason pros take tp is because they don't expect to get 1v1/2v2 kills very often or easily, so the map pressure becomes more important, and thus you don't need to emulate that for solo queue.
Modl Ryden l1 votesYuumi takes the Heal for their partner and Exhaust/Ignite as the other summoner spell. Yuumi doesn't need Flash because she has no use for it when she's afk on her host. And if she needs to jump ship, she just finds another teammate to latch onto.
