Buying Incense On Supports

Heckin Support··1 votes·680 views

Is it worth buying the Incense on supports(Janna/Janna/Lulu?) even if the utility of the attack speed/magic on hit doesn't synergize well with everyone on your team? I'm just now really getting back into this game but this question keeps popping up in my head.
