I don't get it. IG picks 3 champs with high CC, and then Rekkles picks Jhin, and they were full AD vs. a Sion. Even in my yolo q game, I'd say bruh don't pick Jhin into that. Then Ezreal after they got destroyed, like you won't carry with him if your team gets handled, which they did and Ezreal was useless. I don't get why they didn't pick Xayah immediately the first game and at least put up some fight from the first game.

But IG isn't some solo queue squad of randoms. IG took the game over from early on. It was all downhill from there for Fnatic.
Still, an all AD comp is not the smartest move on Fnatic's part.

Sire Hippington1 votesYea, Fnatic failed their drafts really hard in the first two games. Not sure if it's coaching stuff or rekless who calls it, but those two adc picks were horrible. Not only that, but the way they drafted, Caps was basically forced to solocarry vs rookie, and with no backup from botlane... Alss in all, rekless had a poor performance, he just played waaaaaay to farm heavy and defensive for those games, vs IG, you can't win through sololanes, you need to win through bot and he just played like a pussy while also getting outscaled on his picks...
Vs other teams, it might work, pick a save more utillity focused bot, play around the sololanes and gg, but vs IG you have to survive the sololanes and carry from bot, which means you need a carry bot. And if you still want to play something like jhin, you need to play it forward and dominate lane so your bot can controll river and roam mid. If you look at the gams, caps did pretty well in the raw 1v1, but at some point, it was just all of IG running mid as they please because they have 100% controll over bot side, shutting down caps and with that the wincondition for those fnatic comps alll on the back of bot drafting and plaiyn horrible.
I think if they went with the 3ed game draft in game 1, they might have one, but after 2 losses they were in not a good condition. Also,
