Riot primarily ignores 70+% of their player base.

This isn't a vent post, this isn't a rage lol so don't take it like that. I just notice that most updates, champ re-works, and new features are usually geared towards the high elo LCS players. The extremely competitive scene. Which in a sporting event makes sense. The average fan/joe won't make it to the big leagues and doesn't even really play football/basketball other than with some buddies on the weekend. So the sport focuses on the semi-pro/pro scene. But with video games, where your source of revenue is people playing and buying items in your game, you want to focus on your player base. Well 70+% of all ranked players are bronze or silver. Yet any change is designated for the 0.05% or LESS minority. I just think Riot needs to do more for their majority. Like always having URF or always having "x" thing. Or even a new map or a new game SOMTHING haha.

Oh yeah everyone knows how Galio was really relevant to the pro scene and needed a rework.

The average player that doesnt cater to high elo play ARAM 2 matches a day, occasionally feeling confident enough to hop into ranked and wonder why they are losing.

You've got it backwards. Just because you think a champ needs a re-work doesn't mean anything. Riot has the PBE for a reason, where everything goes before it becomes live.

They take the feed back from the PBE and adjust to how they see fit. While the majority of the players who play this game are Bronze, it wouldn't make sense to make changes that someone in Bronze wants, when they may stop playing the game entirely.

Riot is constantly collecting data on champs, in high ELO's and professional because that is the highest it can be played, and that is where the most accurate form of data comes from. Any changes they make based on that information will better champs, and play styles on the Rift.

  1. I didn't pop off anything.
  2. You took this the wrong way.
  3. Azir's known bugs were fixed, as he came to live play without them, again, it's a good idea to know what you're talking about before popping off.
  4. Where are you sources? You have just listed opinions here, as have I.
  5. The greater pool of this game to it's entirety is Bronze. That is how you come to the stat of Diamond+ ELO being in the 0.05 and 0.01% of this game, again, good idea to know what you're talking about before popping off.
