Can we get a queue where we select roles that we don't want to play?

I like dynamic queue and i usually get either my first or (more often) my second choice role. But sometimes i would like to fill and go where the game places me. But with how the current matching is set up. Fill more or less means Support. So could we get a queue where you select the ONE role that you do not want to play. Now I do not mind supporting for a few games here and there, but sometimes I'd like to get a carry role. So a "discard one and Fill for the rest" lobby could be useful to solve this without having to wait for 5-20 minutes to actually get into a game.

Another thing, I should not be expected to be great at every role. I should be competent, to the point of not hindering the team, but not main Fill (be great wherever I go). I believe a player should have 1 Main, 2 back-ups, 1 average, and 1 where they would rather never play if they could help it. For me I main Top and have Bot and Sup as my back-ups with Jungle as my average and Mid as my "does not want to play" lane. Although I sometimes play Mid so I do not "fall behind" the meta, I have better games in the other 4 roles because i enjoy the responsibilities and play styles more.
