Maybe I'm bad but I was a Nasus with a lot of stacks and armor but Zed destroyed me in 1v1s, his damage was insane.

Those aren't bruisers. And Zed will win handedly unless Darius has ghost (kite forever). Nasus will win every time. Depending on builds, Shaco may win or lose, but he'll probably lose unless Yorick kills his clone first or he just spams boxes and E's.

Is WW considered a Juggernaut? If not then Darius fails as long as WW has his CDs and mana. Although it can be a coin-flip depending, due to Darius' true damage. I kill Darius about 8/10 times.

Warwick is a Diver, not a Juggernaut.

Either should always beat an Assassin in a fair 1v1. Assassins aren't supposed to play fair.

All those you listed are juggernauts not bruisers. But they should always win in a 1v1 situation if all things are equal. A skilled enough Zed player might be able to kite away but he's not gonna kill Darius unless Darius built like an idiot or chases for a full minute
