1% AS per level is a good argument, I've complained a lot about her bullshit numbers especially 130% but never knew that, however even so, I still think her numbers are way to high, that 130% may just be the most bullshit number in this entire game.

That really, really fucks her rocket form dps. In addition, all other carries with low range (which she'll have whenever she wants to use that 130%) have more mobility than Jinx. Her 130% gives her less than it gives other carries, and she does pay a price for it. It's perfectly fine.

Any ADC with an AS steroid out-attack speeds her during their buffed time, and in Tristana's case, does it from Fishbones range. 525 range is DANGEROUS. You are in range for everything. You aren't doing max-dps on Jinx 90% of the time in a teamfight because that places you within range of anything that wants to hit you.
She doesn't have 130% attack speed in rocket mode. People don't seem to understand that if they haven't played her. She has it on the first attack after switching, which is why finishing some one off with that last Fishbones shot is useful.
Using her rocket mode before you get attack speed items to make up for her shit base AS(because the rocket isn't getting the 130% minigun's attack speed, remember) is miserable. Try it. You'll cancel the auto half the time because it shoots so fucking slow.

Long Dong Wukong2 votesYou'll never crit more than two at a time in an actual match. The explosion isn't very big. Also, 525 range is on the shorter end and is the range that ADC's with some kind of mobility have. Jinx has none.
But honestly, play her, I think you're confused. So what if it's 130% free? Do you not remember how bad her Base AS is? Like, it's REALLY BAD. REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY BAD. She is much less efficient with items and has to be at 525 range with no escape to even out her stat deficit.
She's immobile and has actual-garbage base stats which fucks up her gold efficiency. She's perfectly fine friendo.

Do you even know how Jinx is played? Do you even understand how her passive is proc'd? Do you even understand what a non-moving root is?
Seriously, if you don't want to get rooted, don't walk into them. Fishbones burns mana like crazy until late game, and is pretty much useless for damage before you get some decent items unless the target is incredibly low, and as someone already mentioned her AS per level is atrocious.
