bloodthirster gives 20% life steal. you will heal for 60% of the damage you do every 3 attacks, which is then lowered by said health loss. botrk also gives life steal. you will be outhealing the 50% hp loss.

Does it matter if the thornmail user is dead after 3 bolts? She'll just hit a ward or a minion to restore HP after your tank is dead.
