Please do something about normals matchmaking.

Occasionally I like to play with some real life friends who are low leveled and not super great at this game, we're matched up accordingly with other people doing the same thing. That's fine. What's not fine is if we lose, the matchmaking system sees that I lost to a bunch of low levels and thinks I need to be matched with worse teammates and against worse enemies because it thinks I'm at or below their level. It's infuriating to play with strangers that suck as bad as my real life friends. It's all the frustration of playing with them without the fun and jokes. It's awful to feel like I have to go to ranked just to actually have fun in a game when my friends aren't on, because in my normals I'm paired with people that have no idea how to play the game.
