Bruisers are currently weak, but do they have another problem that needs solving?

Whenever they get a kill, it becomes impossible to lane against them. When they die once, they lose the lane horribly. And there is little you can do because the jungler has to make sure botlane wins. You can't even hug towers and farm

It feels unfun to play as/ against them.
