What if Camille got a few tweaks that allowed her to jungle?

After trying jungle Camille multiple times, it does feel like a few light tweaks - solely dedicated to her interaction with monsters - could allow her to fill multiple roles (without breaking her as a toplaner).

It might not be needed - but increased jungler variety really couldn't hurt considering that there's currently a very limited jungler pool at higher elos. Her kit offers strong ganking potential and even though she is very farm reliant it might work.

As for some suggested tweaks: 1.) Allow her W to refund health upon hitting large monsters 2.) Make her E grants attackspeed against monsters as well.
