Can the chimp get just a bit off the ult?

is a tower diving, massive AOE bursting, ulting their whole team kinda champ, and that is great and all. But his ult is close to impossible to play defensively around. You cant really out run it since he gains speed very quickly and will out run you. Especially with how the common items he builds grant a lot of movement speed, could he get some off the ult to compensate? are all common items on a Wukong build. And they all make Wukong's speed during his ult skyrocket. I am fine with him gaining a speed buff, but being able to chase down champions who flashed before he was even in his ult is too much. I'm not saying that he needs to be unmounted Kled slow, but maybe half the movement speed buffs he can receive from his items when in his ult.
