Can the same guys working on Wukong rework do some work on Elise?

I think she could use a little work to push her spider theme. I mean, she doesn't even have a DOT spell while the name of her Q is Neurotoxin? I think she could have a unique DOT that deals damage whenever the target attacks or moves. I also think she could generate random spider webs on walls like Illiao passive and they could do something neat when she interacts with it.

I just think there is more that can be done with her thematically.
