was quite strong at her release. and she got a few needed nerfs.
but when she became balanced.. and she just KEPT getting MORE nerfs for NO reason
and then with the nerf to 
(her first core item) she started to really fall behind the other junglers.
now ideally i would prefer just to be changed back.. but unless that is going to happen.. reksai will need some buffs
