Not sure what else to add to this, he already was powerful in his own right and this just makes him out of control, giving him that little bit of extra power was unnecessary.

Draven has been and still is extremely oppressive in the early game, especially to a squishy bottom lane. You can't trade with him and you can't afford to get auto'd more than once. If they are going to give him that much power, there needs to be some kind of trade-off. He was never a bad champion and really did not need this buff. Now he is just overbearing. He needs to suffer more for missing his axes. It needs to have a longer cooldown, or his base damage needs to be a bit lower than it currently is without an axe. Nami is a good Draven counter, but it means nothing if he can just press Q after dropping it to gain another instantly every single time you trade with him.

He's supposed to be an oppressive bully early game.. who can snowball. He hasn't been doing that as well as he should've been for a while.

Otherwise, Twitch and Vayne would never be a thing. Cait's popularity also hurts.

Why did they lower the mana costs on his move speed buffs? The patch notes said Draven had to think too hard about using the ability before but wasn't that the point? Shouldn't you have to think about something before you use it???
