Let's just take a second to point out how unbalanced skin pricing is
Specifically for older skins. Gentleman Cho'Gath, for example, a legendary (1820 RP) skin doesn't even have a recall animation. Default Draven, just the champion, has one. So you can pay ~$15 for a skin that doesn't even have a basic animation.
The two ultimate skins; Pulsefire
and Spirit Guard
. Which looks better? You know damn well you think Spirit Guard looks better. Spirit Guard Udyr has new EVERYTHING, and compared to the original skin, looks 100s of times better. Pulsefire Ezreal however could pass as a decent legendary skin. Yeah, it has new things, but it has about the same quality as most Legendary Skins. Some of which are absolute garbage.
Nunu bot has a new VO. That's it. Compare that to Forecast Janna where she has new pretty much everything. Blood Lord Vladimir... Yeah... BASIC particle changes and a VO. Not even a good VO like Nunu bot has. Compare Blood Lord Vlad or Gatekeeper Galio to a skin like Surprise Party Fiddlesticks. A 975 skin. That fiddle skin is WAY better. Then compare those to Eternum Nocturne. Sometimes I don't even notice someone has Blood Lord Vlad (I'm a lot more likely to notice Soulstealer since that at least has new particles that look different). If someone has Eternum Noc you will know instantly. Barely even looks like Noc. New joke. New Taunt. New dance. New laugh. New VO. You know instantly when he uses Q from that Inception bwong. When he uses his ultimate there is an all new sound and voice over, even the fog of war it puts on the map is slightly different.
TL;DR: Some skins seriously need price rebalancing.
