You aren't ever going to be able to ban all champs that you don't know how to counter play against... instead of wait for riot to fix your problem, go searching online for counter play strategies.

It's fine. She can negate your HP with % max HP damage and your armor with true damage, but she builds no defensive items. You can easily just burst her down. It's not like her ult grants her invisibility almost every second--

nobody plays? if i see the pick intent being a champ i know my teammate will feed with either by seeing howl ow of a winrate they have with teh champ or having prior knowledge they suck with that champ I will ban it, and i see yi very commonly in ranked games

I think 8 would be a good number. 10 seems like a lot, but I can see the point that more than 6 are needed. So, yeah. I don't like 10 bans, but I like the idea of 8 bans.

I will say, it does feel like there are too many champions that one needs to account for: for example, Ivern is pretty much a must ban because his CC and counterjungling is so powerful. Then there are several other champions that have high win rates and those whose balance is in flux (the assassins).\

I have noticed bans are still terrible though, with most people just banning selfishly things like Annie

I feel like most players though know how to play around Annie at the moment, than trying to play around the assassins or specific junglers.

Annie is strong, but has a pretty telegraphed kit. A lot of the people I play with don't know how to respond to Leblanc or Ivern or something else that is newer or changed. I also think Lee Sin is pretty much a must ban at this point because of how quickly he levels in the jungle and his really high play rate at the moment. The Red to Krugs level 3 jungler was ridiculous, now xp's lower but it seems like some junglers with healthy clears are leveling up too fast compared to laners.

Its Annie, just run an MR + HP stack page and barrier so her level 6 combo doesn't have kill pressure... And as long as what you picked is capable of double Doran's into Abyssal you'll be just fine. Seriously.

And if you are an AD mid why are you even complaining? You have the still cheesy hexdrinker rush. Just clear your waves and roam if you can't all in her for whatever reason.

Stacking MR begins in mid game, and being forced to go hexdrinker just to survive annie one shot is not fun.
