I would not mind it if we could scrap unopened chests for essence (blue, orange, and/or both).

Don't get me wrong, I like having 4-5 chests around for when I get 3 fragments for a key. But with key fragments being an endangered species, those 4-5 extra chests are never going to get opened. By the time I get enough fragments to make a key to open a chest, I have gotten at least another one or two. So if we could scrap extra chests for essence (and maybe something else like a low chance to get key fragments), I would not mind.
