I know he’s one of the hardest champions in the game to master, and he’s not an amazing champion right now, but would you say that it’s worth one-tricking Shaco to climb? Just to let you know I’m Silver 3 so obviously I’m not a very good player.

PiggyTheAstro1 votesIn the long run, it's not worth 1 tricking anyone. You will be useless if shaco gets banned in draft and you can be easily shut down by scouting in clash. If I were you, I'd main him together with at least 2 other champions with a similar playstyle to him. You can climb with anything if you're good enough.

B0ak1 votesIt isn't worth it. You would be far better off as a one trick Lee Sin or Kha'zix. I have more experience on Shaco than any other champion by far. One mistake can cost the game and there are many times you will feel useless. If Riot ever reverts him it may be worth it, but until that day you shouldn't waste any time mastering a dying champion like Shaco.
