So when riot would nerf DD/Draven/twitch/Fiora and so on?

I check the new uptade on PBE and still see nothing for this things

What is going on? do riot believe that this champions are balanced? they believe that DD is an ok item? which since the day that got buffed riven/fiora/Draven/Illaoi/etc buy it and they are tankier than a normal tank? because they convert any damage to 30% bleed damage and they just heal away ?

Or twitch that can just come from 800 range and press R and gg over there? is that somehow balanced?

Or draven that can just build right now PD/DD/I.E and one shot pretty much everyone who is not a tank and you cant even deal damage to him?

What about fiora? what is going on? oh you win her you destroy her you actually won the lane you push you did everything corrent but oh well now she have tiamat and a phage i guess now i should lose oh she complete hydra? well better FF it...

There is not a single champion in the game right now that scale that hard with just one item

Yasuo is one of the champions that scale very good with items like PD/I.E and he can duel everyone but if you build armor against yasuo even if his ulti have armor penetration you will still be able to survive with fiora there is nothing you can build...

And the worst of it there is not a single balance on PBE....so why riot simple refuse to nerf ?

Because to be honest i am kinda tired to be FORCED to ban draven and the enemy twitch the meme here is "both team ban yasuo" but i gotta tell you Draven and twitch are always banned at least in my elo

So riot nerfs when?

I think the main reason why they didn't nerf DD yet is that it's still not bought by many champions. Fiora can build it, but BT works just aswell for her, Illaoi bought it before and Riven did aswell although it's now meta instead of niche. The only truly new champion that builds it is Draven. As a matter of fact, DD is still a niche item, although undoubtedly a very strong one. It's not that I am necessarily opposed to nerfs, but why would we have an item that is only built by a single champion (Illaoi)?

Fiora is going to get a nerf (likely to her early game).

Well from 15% they buff it to 30% i am pretty sure there 15% numbers they can nerf it to i dont know 20% 22% 17% and so on not 30% and that would still be a good niche items but not an absurd item
