I just noticed when you proc sheen, lichbane or trinity force, they go on a 2 second cooldown. If you look at the timer after proc'ing it, it starts at 2 seconds.
So is this just a visual bug or is it really a 2 second cooldown?
Sneakyy XD6 votesIf the cooldown remaining on an item or ability is greater than 1 and less than or equal to 2, it will display 2 seconds as the cooldown. As for what the actual cooldown is, I'm not sure.

Akali is SO HOT1 votesIf a cooldown is a decimal it rounds up to the nearest whole number meaning a 1.5 second cooldown will display a 2 second cooldown but is still 1.5 seconds.
