His Q crits when it only hits one enemy.

I know it says it deals double damage on single targets but it doesn't say it crits. This is weird......they need to update the ability descriptions.

If you notice the In game descriptions, the descriptions in the client profiles and the descriptions in the profiles on this website are all different. With the client descriptions being the worse when it comes to fully explaining what abilities do.

Karthus has a "magic crit" built into his kit... may come from passive but not sure.

His Q counts as a crit Same as Anivia Using E on a chilled target

Randuins used to reduce that damage, not sure if it still does
