Good freaking job! You just completely removed a whole AD buildpath with just an item change. Not to mention it only builds into 1 item now. Also, what am I supposed to do with my Aatrox. I need Attack Speed and CDR.
What I suggest, is keep the AD buildpath from Stinger and keep Zephyr. Remove the tenacity and replace it with a new passive. Boom AD buildpath saved.

Boomerangbro2 votesMy point is for it to be changed, not to be completely removed. Removing it is the easy way around the solution. If nobody is buying it, figure out why nobody is buying it and make the changes it needs to become viable.

Once the new patch goes live, we'll have Rageblade (that needs to stack), Yomama's (which has IAS on an active), and BotRK which only has 25 AD.
Stinger plus that new 10% CDR warhammer plus Pickaxe, maybe? Give it something akin to Skarner's old Innate. The one that gives cooldown reduction by auto-attacking. It would probably need to work off of remaining cooldown rather than a flat value to prevent it from making low cooldown spells too potent.

Passive: Energize as usual. Passive II: Auto-attacks deal X damage per hit as on-hit. Passive III: If energized, next auto-attack gives you a burst heal based on level and a speed boost for X% MS for a few seconds.

dunder kill3 votesI dont know about Aatrox, but nobody builds Zephyr on Xin, Udyr, Irelia, or Skarner except for the 1% of games where you can sell your boots for a 6th item.
Drakylon1 votesEssence Reaver into Phantom Dancer will give you 40% CDR with a healthy amount of damage, crit, attack speed and even defense. The only issue is that the mana regen portion is completely wasted, but even without it the item's ridiculously good in gold efficiency. Takes a lot longer to build up into though.
