Hextech gunblade should provide duel penetration instead of spellvamp as a hybrid item....

TBH, the spell vamp combined with the burst nature of the active puts in a weird situation when it comes to identity.

Is it a assassin item? or a sustain bruiser item? or hyrbrid item?

The item is lost in 3 functions and doesn’t really excel at any.

I propose that the spell vamp be placed onto another item, and replaced by dual penetration for actual hybrid champs that have hybrid scaling like and so forth.

This would solidify the purpose of the item and provide some that lol had been lacking for a long time.....dual pen.
