With teambuilder gone its nearly impossible to play a new champ now

If he's not banned he's picked by the very first person. Anybody below the very first pick between both teams have a basically 0% chance to get him.

Trying to go into blinds you have to race to pick him that goes for all game modes. Only way is to go into bots, which might I add are terribly designed right now, if you're not going to revert the champ select at least take away blinds and replace it with teambuilder or just bring teambuilder back as a whole and make the new champ select ranked only.

I do not wish to race to play a champ only to finally get it and have someone dodge. It's getting ridiculous

customs??? why are you jumping into pvp when you may or may not know how to play them?

one friend and you are practicing laning and less known champs with pvp implications

If you said ranked i'd actually side with you but if someone is 1st timing a champ in normals there's no harm done. You learn to play by playing vs other people for an actual experience. Not vs retarded bots where you can go 0/100/0 and still win without effort

of course, but i still feel jumping into randoms with little knowledge on some people can be just as bad, some people don't like ranked and having a game go down the hole because someone wanted to try x champ for the first time and doesn't know how to play them and goes 0/5 still sucks. Loss is a loss and its not hard for people to blame when they have a new champ being played on a person that tries to pull them into normals.

that is the only issue i really saw with the death of TB. That and its impossible to practice a specific champion and prepare for, oh lets say maybe a competitive RANKED setting.... kill normal blind and rebirth TB PLZ

agreed, but team builder wont give you that either. Sure you will have actual people to play with and against, but they will more or less also be trying a new thing, so the "competitive ranked environment" won't be there. Also, everyone will want to play the new champion, so good luck getting a match as a new champ.

it at the very least lets you practice against semi inpredictable movement and the occasional gank as opposed to knowing precisely how to manipulate the enemy so they walk directly into your skill shot and how to zone them off of everything leaving them at just above 1/3 hp, and knowing that if they have more health they will follow you just about all the way to tower...no one said tb was competitive ranked environment..i said it was a good place to hone your champion so you are comfortable playing in ranked.

TL;DR Being the best braum top NA in bots should under no circumstances lead you to believe its time to play it in a ranked setting.
